What is Fantasy Football Scoring?

The point system used to score real NFL stats in fantasy leagues — standard, half-PPR or full-PPR.

Fantasy football scoring converts real NFL statistics into fantasy points. Standard scoring: 1 pt per 25 passing yards, 4 pts per passing TD, −2 per interception; 1 pt per 10 rushing or receiving yards, 6 pts per rushing or receiving TD. PPR (points per reception) adds 0.5 (half-PPR) or 1.0 (full-PPR) per reception, significantly boosting pass-catching backs and receivers. Half-PPR is currently the most popular format.

Key points
  • 25 pass yds = 1 pt, TD = 4, INT = −2
  • 10 rush/rec yds = 1 pt, TD = 6
  • PPR adds 0.5 or 1.0 per reception
  • Half-PPR is now the most popular format
